Venue Hire Fee
Summer Weddings ~ October to May inclusive $3,900
SCHEDULE OF COSTS: (from 29 April 2013)
Note: all prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars, and include GST.
A deposit of $950 is required at time of booking.
The venue hire fee includes: full consultation service; management & co-ordination of the occasion; exclusive use of all facilities (including two smaller rooms for gifts, sitting rooms, etc.) until 12.30am; wooden tables and chairs; crockery and cutlery; linen napkins and tablecloths; complete room set-up and clean-up; and seasonal flowers for the foyer. We are able to offer two venue sizes; 20m x 9m, comfortably seating up to 120, and 10m x 9 m, comfortably seating up to 50 in each.

Ceremonies may be held on-site for an additional fee, cost $350. Outdoor Chairs for Garden Ceremony, cost $3.50 each.
Beverages and bar staff
You can either choose to BYO or order off our wine list.
If you wish to bring your own wine, a corkage fee will apply to cover BYO licence, chilling and handling, storage, glassware, bottle disposal & breakages. Our corkage costs are $12.50 per person.
A late licence can be purchased to extend the finish time of your reception to 1.00am. There is a fee of $200 for a late licence.
Any additional items that you wish to be hired, can be arranged. Speak to our wedding co-ordinator for any of your special requirements.
Table flowers and decorations are not included in the wedding package, but can be arranged for an additional cost. Please speak to our wedding co-ordinator for more information.
