Brackenridge Spa has been designed with relaxation of mind, body and spirit with an extensive Spa Menu. Featuring a complete range of therapeutic and beauty treatments for men and women, Brackenridge Spa comprises five private treatment rooms including one couples’ room, nail zone, lounge, make-up zone and shower facilities.
The Spa also features an indoor 20m heated salt-water lap pool, fully equipped gymnasium and changing rooms. Enjoy the tranquillity of our lounge before, between or after your treatment or workout, with a roaring fire for those cold winter days and light refreshments.

The Spa at Brackenridge is housed in its own dedicated building, just across the road from reception. Alongside our tranquil treatment rooms, enjoy our fully equipped gym and heated 20m indoor saltwater lap pool — perfect for fitness training or a refreshing swim. Guests receiving treatments are welcome to use the gym and pool at no extra cost.

We encourage arriving at least 10 minutes before your treatment to check in, settle in, and start relaxing. Late arrivals may result in shorter treatment times to maintain our schedule for all guests.
We offer a complimentary relaxing 'Bestow' herbal tea for you to enjoy after your treatment. Cheese platters are available for purchase (these need to be pre-ordered at least 48 hours in advance).

For an extra touch of luxury, you can book exclusive use of the Spa for $250 per hour (minimum two hours) – perfect for keeping the space just for your group. Treatments are additional and tailored to your preferences.

Your wellbeing is our priority. If you are pregnant, have a pre-existing medical condition, or any allergies, we recommend consulting your doctor before booking spa treatments or using our facilities. Please let your therapist know before your treatment begins and include these details on your pre-spa questionnaire so we can ensure a safe and relaxing experience.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa booking, we do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. No shows and cancellations which fall within 24 hours of appointment will be charged a minimum of 50% of the treatment price.
