20m x 9m – Up to 120 people banquet-style or 150 theatre-style. Includes a soundproof dividing wall that separates the Merino and Lincoln rooms.

Executive Conference Package – for gala dinners, large conferences, and exclusive events

Merino Room + Lincoln Room Combined

This is our flagship conference space, created by opening the soundproof dividing wall between our two largest rooms. With two open fires and doors leading to a large, heated covered veranda and outdoor areas, this is where big ideas come to life.

  • Day Rate: $1,200 + GST
  • Half Day: $750 + GST
Includes:

- Complimentary use of the Suffolk and Romney rooms and verandas as breakout spaces

- Dropdown screen and ceiling-mounted projector

- PA sound system (in-ceiling)

- Indoor/outdoor dining facilities

- All standard inclusions

Perfect for annual conferences, gala dinners, company-wide gatherings and product launches

Business Day Package – for day conferences, workshops and seminars

Lincoln Room with complimentary Merino Room dining access

A professional meeting space ideal for focused working sessions with seamless catering throughout the day. The Merino Room is available for morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea service.

  • Day Rate: $600 + GST
  • Half Day: $400 + GST
Includes:

- Complimentary access to Merino Room and verandas for catering or as breakout spaces

- Dropdown screen and ceiling-mounted projector

- PA sound system (in-ceiling)

- All standard inclusions, including complimentary tea and coffee on arrival

Perfect for team strategy days, training workshops, client presentations and seminars

Executive Boardroom Package – for board meetings, executive retreats and intimate workshops

Suffolk Room with complimentary Romney Room dining access

An intimate, professional setting for senior leadership and small teams. The nearby Romney Room provides a private space for morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, keeping your discussions uninterrupted.

  • Day Rate: $350 + GST
  • Half Day: $225 + GST
Includes:

- Complimentary Romney Room access for catering and/or breakout room

- Complimentary covered veranda as a breakout room

- 60" wall-mounted monitor with HDMI and Chromecast

- Printable whiteboard and markers

- All standard inclusions

Multi-Day Conferences

Lots to discuss? Extend your stay and make the most of our onsite accommodation and spa facilities. Wake up refreshed, walk to your morning session, and enjoy the benefits of hosting your event in one seamless location.

Choose from:
  • 8 x 2 bedroom cottages: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living/dining (2 x kings or 4 x singles)
  • 2 x 4 bedroom cottages: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan living/dining (4 x kings or 8 x singles)
  • 8 x 1 bedroom studios: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette (1 x king or 2 x singles)

Brackenridge can comfortably accommodate up to 64 people, but if you need more room, we can find it for you close by.

Overnight packages start from $295 + GST per person, including all catering.

After Hours — Relax & Recharge

Once the day’s work is done, the Wairarapa is yours to enjoy. Stay onsite in our comfortable accommodation and host a BBQ or Master Chef-type event.  Book a treatment in the day spa or stretch out in the 20m heated pool or gym, or explore the vineyards and cellar doors just minutes away. A dinner under the stars or a wine tasting with colleagues turns a good conference into a memorable one.

Final opportunity for private venue hire

Brackenridge is accepting a limited number of conference and retreat bookings before we close in August. Whole-of-venue hire is available for up to a week, subject to availability.
