Brackenridge Country Retreat and Spa is a stunning country-style wedding venue in Martinborough, Wairarapa.
Whether you are planning a small, private wedding or celebrating with many we are here to help. Our venue has the ability to host up to 120 people for your ceremony and reception.
Brackenridge believes that every wedding is as individual as you. Our role is to provide you with a beautiful setting and friendly personal service. From the very first time we meet to the end of your big day, our dedicated wedding coordinator will liaise with you to make your wedding planning a dream.
Brackenridge has been designed for weddings. Our onsite day spa means you don’t have to travel far for all those little last minute treatments. From nails to massages let our spa therapists look after you.
Additionally there is no need for your guests to travel elsewhere for their accommodation. We have 8 x two bedroom cottages, 2 x four bedroom cottages and 8 studios available for you, accommodating up to 64 guests onsite. All guests receive complimentary continental breakfast provisions, they also get full use of our indoor heated lap pool and gym.
Extend your wedding celebrations with a post wedding brunch. Our sunny veranda and lawn space makes a wonderful area to catch up with guests the day after your wedding. The main centre, veranda and garden area can be hired from 9.30am – 12.30pm.
We want to make your wedding as stress free as possible - so we make our wedding venue hire include everything you need.
Capture the amazing white roses in our lush green gardens on our ceremony lawn. The rolling hills and late sunsets provide the perfect backdrop for photographs while the rest of your guests enjoy drinks in the covered verandah.
