Gift Vouchers – Important Information

Gift vouchers are currently available for purchase.

All Brackenridge gift vouchers sold are valid until 31 July 2026.

Brackenridge Country Retreat & Spa will honour all vouchers redeemed within their stated validity period.

Please note:

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed after their expiry date.
• Expiry dates are clearly stated on each voucher at the time of issue.
• Vouchers that expired in 2024 or earlier are no longer valid and cannot be accepted.

As Brackenridge enters its final season, we encourage guests to redeem vouchers as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Please check your voucher’s expiry date carefully. We are unable to extend or honour expired vouchers.
